تَحْكِيمِّيات

 

 

 

 

 

مركز إسكندرية للتحكيم الدولي

 من أي عقد تبرمه

 

 

"كل نزاع أو خلاف أو مطالبة تنشأ عن هذا العقد أو تتعلق به أو بمخالفة أحكامه أو إنهائه أو بطلانه يسوى عن طريق التحكيم وفق قواعد التحكيم المعمول بها أمام مركز الإسكندرية للتحكيم الدولي ".

 

وفي جميع الأحوال قد يرغب الطرفان في إضافة ما يلي :

 

q     يكون عدد المحكمين ثلاثة ( أو ينص على أنها مكونة من محكم فرد )

 

q     ويكون مكان التحكيم في ........... ( يكتب أسم البلد أو المدينة )

 

q     وتكون لغة التحكيم هي اللغة .......... ( تكتب لغة أخرى يرتضيها الطرفان )

 

q     القانون الواجب التطبيق على موضوع النزاع هو ............( يكتب القانون المختار)

 

 

 

 

 

 

Arbitration Clause:

 

“ Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the Alexandria Centre for International Arbitration”

 

Note: Parties may wish to consider adding:

a)      The appointing authority shall be ………(name of institution or person);

b)      The number of arbitrators shall be………(one or three);

c)      The place of arbitration shall be………….(town or country);

d)      The language(s) to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be……
