Participants

Project managers, team leaders, project team members, account managers who work in projects or functional managers who work in project-based type of organization and contribute in company's project task.

Program

  1. To become familiar with the project scooping and "initiating processes" as an important pre-implementation phase of any project, and get hands-on experience on how to conduct and analyze a project.

  2. Help participants understand and work with the five steps of project planning, in approaching any project the manager would be in charge of.

  3. This approach includes work breakdown structure, task analysis, sequencing, scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting.

  4.  Finally, the course will also enable participants to read the project indicators and to establish a project monitoring and controlling process against the project baseline plan.
